A narrative self-help manuscript about ending self-abandonment while life remains unresolved.

THE PROJECT

LET IT FLOW

The Practice of Choosing Yourself

LET IT FLOW is for readers who recognize how often they dismiss what they feel, need, or know in order to keep functioning, preserve a relationship, or remain who others expect. Its central idea is that healing is the gradual ending of self-abandonment.

A sustained personal narrative moves through grief, illness, boundaries, friendship, receiving care, and rebuilding self-trust. The book gives readers practical distinctions—capacity from obligation, requests from boundaries, and potential from available reality—alongside reflection prompts and the four-part FLOW practice.

Its focus is the unresolved middle: making an honest, realistic choice before grief ends, certainty arrives, or life becomes easier. FLOW turns that awareness into a practice readers can use in relationships, work, and everyday decisions.
