What is saved

When you join, your email address, signup time, and subscription status are processed by MailerLite to manage Melia Townsend’s reader list. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your signup. Joining is optional. Earlier signups collected directly by this website remain stored securely with the website host.

How your information is used

Your email is used for the reflections, practical prompts, and book updates you request. It is not displayed publicly or sold. MailerLite processes subscriptions, confirmation emails, delivery, and unsubscribe requests. It may also process network and device information and email engagement, such as opens and clicks, to operate the service and report email performance. The website host processes information needed to run this site.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in reader emails to leave the list. To request deletion, including an earlier signup stored by this website, email info@meliatownsend.com from the address you used to join. You can also send a direct message to @bymeliatownsend on Instagram and privately provide the email address you used to join. Subscription information is retained while the list operates or until removal is requested; limited suppression information may be retained to honor an unsubscribe.
